There seemed to be a bounty of magical sunrises and sunsets during my time in Myanmar. A day trip to Amarapura and U Bein’s Bridge culminated in a sunset tour via a small rowboat. With our guide pulling at the oars, my traveling companion Jessica and I were left to the peaceful sounds of water lapping against the boat. We watched as local monks, nuns, and townspeople made their way across the world’s longest teak bridge. This was Amarapura’s unique version of an after-work commute back home.

Thanks J. It was one of those rare peaceful evenings were the temperature is perfect, the sunset is great, and you are right there just enjoying the moment.
